How do the video packages work?
Each package gives you a set number of videos that you can use across any number of campaigns. When a customer submits a video through one of your campaigns, one video is deducted from your total.
Do my purchased videos expire?
No, your purchased videos never expire. You can use them at your own pace across multiple campaigns.
What happens if I run out of videos?
If you run out of videos, your campaigns will stop accepting new submissions until you purchase more videos. Existing submissions will still be available for you to view and download.
